Shipping (1-3 Working Days*)

Shipping rates are calculated at check out.

Working days are Tuesday to Friday. Orders received after 1pm will be processed the following working day.*

Please note the above timescales are given in good faith and are to be used as a guide online.

Free Click & Collect from our stores

We aim to offer a free click and collect service from our stores within 1 hour of ordering. However, some products are online exclusives and may not be available for same day collection. We also move stock between stores which would mean collections would be available the following day - please ensure you check stock levels at your local store before ordering to click and collect.

Please make sure you have received your 'Ready for Pickup' confirmation e-mail before coming to collect your order.  

 
*Estimated delivery times for UK mainland (excl. Scottish Highlands). Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders received after 1pm will be processed the following working day. 

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Scilly and Isle of Wight are served by Royal Mail and will take two or three days longer. 

We cannot currently ship orders to Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey or Jersey.

We are unable to ship hazardous products due to postal restrictions, such as: spray paint cans, glue, etc. These items are identified by only being availble for click and collect at check out.
